With so many choices now, it’s often hard to know what kind of oil to use for what. When I use oil, I typically stick with olive oil or coconut oil – mostly because they’re healthy and I don’t enough about the others.  I’ve printed out this chart and taped it to the inside of one of my kitchen cabinets. Great to have around!

  1. I have been in the store and looked at the numerous types of oils and wasn’t sure what was good. I use primarily olive oil and vegetable oil but would like to start using coconut oil because of the numerous health benefits.
