Which Cooking Oil Should I Use?

With so many choices now, it’s often hard to know what kind of oil to use for what. When I use oil, I typically stick with olive oil or coconut oil – mostly because they’re healthy and I don’t enough about the others.  I’ve printed out this chart and taped it to the inside of one of my kitchen cabinets. Great to have around!
Do you regularly use a different kind?  Grapeseed? Hemp?
