Growing herbs indoors is an easy way to bring the feeling of spring into your home throughout the year. Here are some tips that can help you enjoy the many delicious benefits of fresh herbs. This chart is great to have on hand as a resource for not only growing herbs, but the flavors each adds to a dish, and even suggestions for yummy pairings. My favorites are rosemary, basil, chives and oregano. Sage always reminds me of Thanksgiving and bay leaves create cravings for gumbo!
