easy crafts for kids

It used to be that decorations for the 4th of July consisted of sparklers, lemonade, streamers, fireflies, dirty feet, an ice cream churn and something made with red Jello and Cool Whip.  It was pretty awesome!

There are so many creative ideas floating around now that it’s a bit overwhelming.   This time of year, though, it’s easy to get the kids involved in the spirit of the red, white and blue with these adorable, but easy patriotic crafts for kids with a little help from my very crafty, clever friends.
