- If you thought cellophane tape was just for wrapping presents think again! Paint your nails with a base color and let it dry. Cut cellophane tape into fine strips and position on your nails as shown below or in whatever design you like. Fill in the gaps with a contrasting color. Once dry, remove the tape, apply a top coat and you’ll have a trendy new look.

Mix your favorite colors together on a spoon and simply dip your nails in the beautiful mess. Clean up the edges with nail polish remover on a cotton swap and you are ready to go.
